Joe has had a tough life thus far. He was found living in a colony of feral cats. Joe had injuries on both a front leg and a back foot. Both injuries are still in the healing process but they have not slowed Joe down at all! He is a sweet guy that loves to play! He is good with other cats and he is warming up to dogs.
